This Website is owned and operated by Square Company For Products Promotion, a company registered in Kuwait with its registered commercial registration number 502207 (“We” or “Us” as the case may be). When you purchase Products from our Website, you will be entering into a contract with Us.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Mobile Application. By accessing, browsing, using or registering on our app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Please check this page regularly to determine whether our Terms & Conditions have been updated - any new terms will automatically be effective when they are published on this application/ website.

Registration
You may register as a customer of the Mobile Application and as part of the registration process you will need to select a password which is in accordance with our password policy or gain access via one time passwords. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or access to your password. We would be storing your information to be able to make your experience with our brand better.

Intellectual property
All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material, content or software supplied as part of our Website, including emails or any other form of communication with you is protected by international copyright and database right laws and shall remain at all times vested in Us.
You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by Us. You may not extract and/or utilise the whole or any part the Website without our express written consent.
The brand names and logos indicated on our Website and all related emails are owned by Us.

Returns Process
You have 24 hours to return or exchange products.
The returns process requires two simple steps:
1- Return the relevant products by contacting us as soon as possible for pick it up, it should be in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging
2- Must have the relevant invoice
Policies
Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products which are personalized to your order.
In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
Exchanges Process
If you would like to exchange any products, you may:
– Contact us through Email to pick the item from you.
– Must have the relevant invoice and the product must be in the same condition as it was received
Please note that this is subject to availability and is per our applicable policies.
Refunds
Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding Return / Exchange charges for the delivery company responsible for collecting the product.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contact us on Info@squaremeterm2.com and within one hour of having placed it.
If you paid by credit card or debit card (KNET in Kuwait), and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
